Initial Care Plan
There are three general phases of your Initial Care Plan.
Phase 1: Initial Intensive
Spinal Adjustment and Getting Better: We want to help your body heal as best as possible. This phrase begins the process towards health and healing.
Phase 2: Strength & Stabilize
Improving and Getting Well: Ligaments and tendons will get stronger during this time. Your adjustments will become more stable and last longer. The "holding" of the adjustment greatly supports the healing process.
Phase 3: First Recovery
On the Road to Recovery: The longer your spine was misaligned, the longer it takes to complete full recovery. Maximum recovery usually takes one month for each year your spine has been misaligned. This first recovery phase opens the door to great health potentials.
*Once the Initial Care Plan is complete, Wellness care is discussed in more detail.
Wellness Care
Living Fully and Staying Well: Once there is an injury to your spine, it can misalign again. Regular spinal adjustments make sure you don’t return to the way you were before. We want to help you be proactive when it comes to your health!
